연두반
7.8세로 구성된 연두반은 한국어 기초3 과정으로 맟춤한국어 2를 주교재로 사용하고 있으며 정확한 발음과 표현으로 말하기를 연습하며 주제별 학습을 통하여 일상생활에 필요한 기초 한국어 회화를 익히고, 간단한 한국어 문장을 읽고 쓸 수 있는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
학생들은 음식, 행동동사 및 신체부위를 포함하여 더욱 심화된 어휘를 공부하고 있으며 또한 완전한 문장을 완성하는데 목표를 두고 열심히 공부하고 있습니다. 학생들은 K-pop댄스, 리코더, 태권도, 한국 전통 음악 및 무용, 한국예술과 문화 수업에 참여하게 되고, 교내 한국어 동화구연대회, 교내 마스코트 공모전, 교내 포스터 공모전에 응모함으로써, 한국의 전통문화및 역사에 관한 지식도 넓히게 됩니다.
The Light Green class (Beginner III) is composed of 7 to 8 year olds at the beginner level. We use Customized Korean 2 (맞춤 한국어 2). We emphasize clear pronunciation, help them speak in whole sentences and help them read and comprehend simple sentences.
In addition, we teach a more advanced vocabulary through themed topics, including food, action words and body parts. The ultimate goal of the class is to be able to express themselves creatively using whole, grammatically sound sentences.
Besides the Korean lessons, students look forward to participating in Taekwondo, K-Pop dance, and Korean Arts and Culture classes. We also encourage our students to enter the Korean story-telling contest, school mascot competition, and poster contest. With our staff members’ innovative and creative educational methods, students receive a high-quality education in Korean language and culture.
